Do I require to exhibit my original documents for Notary Public Attestation or notarization?

Yes, it is mandatory to show your original documents along with the photocopies which you want to apostle and notarize. It is a legal requirement to prevent any fraud and forgery in photocopied documents.

What is the Fee for the Notarization of Documents / Notary Public Attestation in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or Online Notary Public Attestation?

We charge per document fee as mentioned below, however, if you have bulk documents please call us to get a bulk fee quotation.

  • Copies of all types of educational documents such as degrees, school certificates, etc. are charged at the rate of Rs. 500 per document
  • Copies of all types of Identity documents such as CNIC (National ID card), Passport, etc. are charged at the rate of Rs. 500 per document.
  • Notary Public Attestation of all types of Affidavits are charged at the rate of Rs. 2000. For the Notary Public attestation of affidavits, the deponent must have to visit our office in person. Online Attestation facility for such documents cannot be offered due to legal constraints.
  • Any special cover letter can also be provided on request at the cost of Rs. 2000.
