Must have a valid visa:
A foreigner intending to marry in Pakistan with a Pakistan National must have to have a valid Pakistan visa at the time of marriage registration. This visa can even be a tourist visa.
Photographs:
If a foreigner is getting married in Islamabad or Karachi with a Pakistani national then he/she will have to submit 6x passport-size photographs, in Lahore 4x photographs are required.
Identity Documents:
Pakistani partners will have to present their National Identity Cards and passport of foreign nationals for the registration of their marriage.
Previous Marital Record (if any):
If any party was previously married but now living as divorced or widowed then the presentation of relevant documents is compulsory. If such a document is not in English then a certified translation would be required.
Witnesses of Marriage:
The couple will also have to bring along two male witnesses with them at the time of registration. We can also arrange witnesses on request, however, this service may add some additional cost.

How does the process of foreigners marriage in Pakistan work?

Book an appointment with us in advance. At least 1 or 2 days in advance appointment is necessary.
The couple arrives at our office along with all the documents listed above at the scheduled time.
At our office marriage will be registered as per Pakistan laws. And will also be solemnized in a religious way by the concerned person which is also a necessary part of these proceedings.
This whole process may take up to two hours and the couple will be provided with “Nikahnama” on the same day at our Islamabad office. Nikah Nama shall be provided on the very next day of marriage registration in the Karachi and Lahore Offices.
